Issue with r3984 update package

Hello,

After upgrading from r3982 to r3984, I got the following logfile on YAMJ's 1st run:

So I checked the installation file yamj-2.10-SNAPSHOT-r3984-bin.zip, and found that there were some duplicates in lib folder (see capture). So I deleted all files dated "dimanche" (i.e "sunday"), and everything was right again. No errors on indexing.

Did I fix correctly?
