Prelude, fancy edition, is now at least as complete as the legacy C# version and I am happy with merging it onto the master branch as is

Features

Reading, parsing, converting and (for some) writing of .osu, .yav, .sm, .osb
Filters, colorizers and gameplay modifiers for charts
Scoring, HP and difficulty rating metrics
Data management for caching charts, currently limited support for profiles, scores and themes
