It was related to the DB so I just changed the db folder (will look into this)

Not fixed. It looks like it's a MAUI collection view issue. I guess I'll use Datagrid. but it might no support ScrollingTo (which is what I NEEDED )😔

I think I fixed it now by updating Microsoft.Maui.Controls from v8.0.70 to v8.0.80.
