我在一个内网环境上想要安装，安装安装说明，进行到pip install dlocr-0.1.tar.gz，就报错了Failed to establish a new connection(Error -3) 域名解析错误，应该是还得要联网下载某些依赖吧？请问如何离线安装呢？
