The weather station reads windspeed. The wind comes in gusts and can quickly speed up and die down before the weather station has a chance to collect data on it. It would be useful to either find a way for the weather station to track max wind speed or for the Control Room to track it.
The max wind speed should be stored for future retrieval. Figure out what we should do once we cross a threshold for max windspeed (likely bring the telescope to stow?).
