Humidity Fan Clicking Noise #566

When the fan that helps control humidity within the telescope turns on, it makes a clicking sound. Investigate as to why this is happening (could be something getting stuck inside of the fan, or a broken part).

Problem was wires were in the way of the fan, on final install these should be zip tied out of the way temporarily, once we build the finished product and route all wires we must ensure that those wires will not be in the way of anything.
