[DS-1310] Add and enable the CKEditor 5 Paste Filter module

Original Issue, this PR is going to fix: DS-1310

Steps for review

[ ] log as admin
[ ] go to /admin/config/content/formats/manage/full_html
[ ] verify that Paste filter is enabled
[ ] go to /node/add/article_lb
[ ] paste formatted text (heading, font color, color background, font size, font family etc) from MS Word or LibreOffice Write to body field
[ ] verify that some styles are cleared
[ ] save the node
[ ] verify that the text has cleared formats (some)
[ ] verify that others nodes and blocks in LB

[ ] All coding styles are fulfilled and there are no any issues reported by CodeSniffer. See Code of Conduct.
[ ] Try to use Conventional commit messages accordingly to the standard https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/#specification
[ ] Documentation has been updated according to PR changes.

[ ] Make sure you've provided all necessary hook_update_N to support upgrade path.
