• Remove brltty (if exist) check Port log with dmesg and it seems brltty disturb it. remove brltty.

Run the binary immediately, as it will only be recognized for a few seconds after you set USB connector. If it starts spinning at high speed, communication is broken. re-connect it. it may occur under brltty disturbed condition.
