A lot of the "get/set" functions in ydlidar_driver.h don't work (branch x4)(linux, arm) #11

I don't know if this a bug or feature. I haven't checked other branches, and I haven't checked all functions, but when I run these I get a timeout. I've tried these get functions getScanFrequency(),getZeroOffsetAngle() getSamplingRate(), and I have tried all the SetFrequency functions.
