Error, cannot retrieve YDLidar health code: ffffffff #13

When i launch ydlidar x4-pro, I get this error, Can i know how to solve it? 123123

I'm having the same issue when I'm using with Raspberry Pi 4. Works fine on PC

@qwqwe121 if you are using the lidar with a device like Raspberry Pi, try changing the supply USB power to the lidar. Make sure it's able to supply 5v, 1amp reliably. The lidar consumes a peak current during startup which may also be causing this health check issue
