Secondary proxy support #24

After the primary proxy failed(timeout/reset/denied/not implement/auth
failed...) will try again using the secondary proxy.

Different proxies have different advantages and shortages, quick/slow,
https supported/not support https, ftp support, stability, security, GFWed
or not.......

With multi-proxies feature implemented, not sure whether this is still 
necessary.
