i don't think it is a wise move having a build-in proxy in those special 
network envirnment in CN. Unless autoproxy wants to be on the list, if you know 
what i mean.

1. since long ago autoproxy has been on the list .
2. and we should really need a http/socks proxy that can parse autoproxy gramma

while a proxy server is necessary in cn, but there are lots tools to help us to 
do this job, free tools like: tor, i2p, freegate, or even anonymous proxy 
server, and chargeable lies: vpn, ssh

i don't think a proxy switch software have a build in proxy server is a good 
idea.
which is proxy server's job but not proxyx switch addone's. 
KISS(keep it simple and stupid) means professional!
