[FIXED, awaiting comments] Move windows minimize/maximize-restore/close buttons to custom bar #12

Is it possible that when Hide Caption Titlebar Plus hides the windows title
it moves windows minimize/maximize-restore/close buttons to a bar so that I
can choose which bar it should move to? The reason is that I don't use
address bar (it's hidden), and use another bar -- I just moved address line
to that bar.

i don't use the address (navigation) bar either and the min/restore/close 
buttons
automatically showed up on the right side of the menu bar (windows, FF 3.5.2)

Menu bar is hidden as well :) just one another bar and tabs

Fixed that in new version, now buttons are always at topright corner.

Is that what you expected?
