[Custom things unavailable in Linux...] Can't customize window buttons

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install on Firefox 5 on Linux Mint (GNOME 2).
2. Configure HCTP with Smart Popups or Never.
3. The settings for Smart Popups in the Look & Feel tab are disabled.

What is the expected output?
The options should be available.

What do you see instead?
They're grey and disabled.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.3.0

What version of Firefox?
5.0.1

On what operating system?
Linux Mint 11, GNOME 2

Hi,
You should set to 'disabled' the 1st option: "Show Fx4's main-menu button" 
(incorrectly worded as Fx4's Titlebar in versions earlier that current 2.4.1)

In a next version I'll leave always available the custom things in linux.
