Color of Firefox Home Place button not using Persona Color #187

To be perfectly honest, this may not be a problem with Hide Caption Titlebar
Plus. I am using "Pale Moon" (a custom build of Firefox). This custom version
of Firefox uses a "blue" color for the Home Place button and the text "Pale
Moon". Prior to v2.6.0 of Hide Caption Titlebar Plus, I simply replaced the
static images in Chrome\Skin\bt with a blue "P" and "Pale Moon" icons. As of
HC+ v2.6.0, it appears that the button is now being dynamically created. The
text on the button correctly shows "P" and "Pale Moon" (awesome!); however, the
button color is the original Firefox color.

To test this using Firefox, one would need to have a Persona that changes the
color of the Home Button, then:

1. Open Hide Caption Titlebar Plus Options
2. Select the Look & Feel 2 tab
3. Check the "Enable custom Firefox Application 'Home' Button.
4. Under Button Style select "Transparent with Persona skins"
5. Click OK

NOTE: The same problem exists for the Button Style of "Transparent". With this
setting, the button is correctly shown as transparent; however, on hover, the
button color is set and reflects the default Firefox color.

Where are you getting the color for the Home Place button?

Actually, I think I am getting "Persona" and "Theme" confused. A Persona seems
to simply be a minor tweak to add custom header/footer images and change the
text color.

I would expect the "Home Place" button to take on the coloring of the current
"Theme".

As the "Transparent" button style does go from transparent to the Firefox
default color on hover, can you tell me where you are getting that color (or
repeated image). Perhaps, Pale Moon missed supplying this in its theme?!?

Thank you
