This happens to me sometimes, normally when loading multiple windows
simultaneously (and, not sure, maybe when changing focus among them while
loading), especially on a session restart.
I'm using HCTP 2.6.1 on FF 15.0a1 nightly 32-bit on win7 64-bit. You can see my
addon settings and the problem with the caption bar in the attached files.
Observe the dull caption bar, it duplicates min-max-close buttons, the working
ones are the ones bellow. Also observe the dull caption bar in the unmaximized
capture is showing a different title than the one of the tab focused, which
matches the one of the small grey HCTP caption bar for unmaximized (restored)
windows... the dull caption bar only get the right focused tab title after
chaging focus to another window and coming back. Also the unmaximized window
can't be dragged from the dull caption bar but from the small grey HTCP caption.

Thanks for the reply. The attached files could not be downloaded, they were
just showing up as text.
I did not see any instructions in the email to fix the problem, please
explain.

I meant I'm using 2.6.0. There's no 2.6.1 released yet.
Long ago I also was not being able to see images attached posted here on google
code, but I discovered this had something to do with referers, I was using
RefControl blocking referers and I had to allow normal behavior for this site
to be able to access images.
I haven't found solutions for this problem, the only thing I do when this
happens is to close the affected window and open it again with CTRL+SHIFT+N. I
suppose this is something that has to do with the way this addon redraws the
window to remove caption, as all windows opens with FF layout, with the
userstyles appied, and HCTP acts inmediately after that.

I must add since I'm using HCTP 2.7.1 I'm not having this problem anymore. (FF
19.0a1 32-bit on win)

Please note this is a report for [Mac OSx].
Firefox caption/titlebar behaves very different in these systems, and sadly I
don't have such system to try this, sorry.
Maybe the "alternative hide-titlebar feature" in options-dialog/advanced can do
it, like in LINUX systems.
