Firefox 12 missing custom minimize & close buttons and their options #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Worked fine in Firefox 11. Now the options for "Custom Minimize, Max & Close 
buttons" are grayed out.

What is the expected output?

Custom Minimize, Max & Close buttons for Firefox 12 window.

*

What do you see instead?

Normal window buttons.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?

v 2.6.0

*

What version of Firefox?

Firefox 12

On what operating system?

Windows XP, SP3

Sorry I didn't notice the red text at first stating about this problem with 
Firefox 12.
