Language translation of this text is carried out from Japanese. 
It is made a setup which hides a title bar, changes into a full-screen state, a 
window is closed, and it starts again. 
If it does so, before "/min/max/close/" comes out, it will shift to a 
full-screen state, and "/min/max/close/" will be lost.  
However, if a full screen is canceled, "/min/max/close/" always displayed again 
will come out. 
Although it succeeded with its own PC, there is no telling whether it can do 
with other PCs. 
My PC is XP.
