Error with Close, Minimize, Restore buttons changing size. #204

What steps will reproduce the problem?
The close, minimize and restore buttons in the top right change from standard 
size to a smaller size seemingly randomly. The biggest problem is that when 
they change to the smaller size, the button area is misaligned, making it 
difficult to minimize windows, as you have to click in the blank area where the 
larger button were previously.
This is the only problem I've had but makes it very frustrating to use when I 
accidentally click minimize on the smaller icons but its actually the "close" 
button that I hit due to the problem.

What is the expected output?
Close, minimize and restore buttons to remain at the larger size and work as 
expected.

What do you see instead?
Close, minimize and restore buttons change visible size but effective area 
remains the same, resulting in confusion.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.6.0
What version of Firefox?
15.0
On what operating system?
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

It seems to happen after I've opened a few tabs and have minimized/maximized it 
a few times.

This is happenning to me also since I updated to FF 18.0a1 a week ago. I keep 
windows maximized and restart, HCTP buttons are showed, if all windows are 
restored (not maximized) and I restart, sysbuttons are showed. Also, when HCTP 
buttons are showed in maximize windows, for restored windows the caption 
titlebar is showed, though completely unoperable. I attach a capture. This was 
also happening if the sysbuttons were showed, until yesterday update, after 
which it only happens with HCTP buttons.

I can activate sysbuttons manually in about:addons changing 
extensions.hide_caption.plus.adv.sysbuttons_enable but it will change if 
maximized windows are opened on restart... it's not a disaster for me as long 
as I normally use windows constantly maximized on a laptop.
