Can't Activiate Pinned App tab #206

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Maximize Firefox
1. Launch gmail in Firefox 15
2. Mouse over tab and Pin as App tab
3. Open new tab and select any other URL
4. Try to select pinned Gmail tab

What is the expected output?
Gmail tab will come into focus

What do you see instead?
You are never able to activate pinned tab unless you "restore" the browser so 
that it is not maximized

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.7.1

What version of Firefox?
15.0.1

On what operating system?
Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit
