Arrow on drop-down menu buttons is not visible. #209

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install extension that provides drop-down menu button (eg: ColorZilla).
2. Set "Smaller Toolbars & buttons" to "Yes".

What is the expected output?
Arrow on drop-down menu button is visible.

What do you see instead?
It's not.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.7.2

What version of Firefox?
16.0.1

On what operating system?
Windows 7

- Please provide any additional information below.
Despite the visual problem works fine.

- If there are visual issues, please provide also screenshot/s (preferred
uploaded here instead of external link)
1 - normal; 2 - button highlighted; 3 - "arrow" highlighted.

Also, perhaps graphics of the highlight box for "arrow" should be changed to 
match the height of the button (technically it's already the same height - you 
can click above or below the square).
