[LINUX] - Smart-Popups Are Needed To Be Reintroduced #235

What steps will reproduce the problem?
about:addons > Hide Caption Titlebar Plus > Settings > Show Custom 
Caption/Titlebar > "Never" or "Small caption"

What is the expected output?
To have the system titlebar on popups and no titlebar on unmaximized Firefox.

What do you see instead?
No titlebar on popups or titlebar on unmaximized Firefox.

What can be the solution?
Reintroducing the smart-popups feature.

2.8.2

Hi,

Since I did not like the new Australis interface, I changed my browser into 
Firefox ESR 24.5.0 and Pale Moon 24.5.0. I found out some improvements on the 
2.8.6 version of the extesion in the case of smart-popups.

As I see, smart-popups are tried to be reintroduced as "Standard Caption 
(Titlebar) Use Mode: Deprecated option. ('Smart Popups')". However, it has no 
affect when "Show Custom Caption/Titlebar" option is "never". When that option 
is changed into "Small caption", popups get fairly acceptable titlebar; but 
this time unmaximized Firefox window gets a titlebar.
