[classicthemerestorer- (Fixed?)] - Tabs on Bottom (extra space at top)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/classicthemerestorer/
2. Choose the tabs on bottom option
3.

What is the expected output?
Make it look like it used to.

What do you see instead?
It's wasting about 1/2 inch of space at the top

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.7.3

What version of Firefox?
29

On what operating system?
windows 7

I released a FIX that's included in last Ver. 286 & 286rc. Please confirm that 
this works for you!

I think it's fixed, but I also changed some settings a little while ago that 
may have fixed it.  Turning off System Title Bar always hidden and turnign on 
Firefox Option System TitleBar almost always present seemed to take care of it 
too.  But it may have been after you already made the update cause I think the 
version changed automatically.
