[LINUX, fixed in ver286] - Custom Firefox Home button: incorrect margin-top and menu position. MinMaxClose buttons: incorrect margin-top.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use my settings (see the screensots).
2. Maximize Firefox window.
2. Click Custom Firefox Home button

What is the expected output?
I expected to be able to use Custom Firefox Home button and MixMaxClose buttons 
by clicking at the top-edge of the screen.
I expected the left side of the main menu to match the left side of Custom 
Firefox Home button.
What do you see instead?
In my case there is 4px gap above Custom Firefox Home button and MinMaxClose 
button.
The left side of the main menu matches the right side of the Custom Firefox 
Home button.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.8.5
What version of Firefox?
Tested 28.0 with no other appearance affecting addons.
On what operating system?
Kubuntu 12.04

The extra 4px margin-top is FIXED in ver 286 & 286rc
I'll have to check deeper about the menu thing.
