What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn off "Full-Screen mode options" -> "Drag Fx using Tab-bar background"
option.
2. Restore Fx window (if it was in fullscreen mode).
3. Try to drag the window using Tab-bar background.
What is the expected output?
The restored window expected to be dragged using Tab-bar background.
What do you see instead?
It can't be dragged when "Drag Fx using Tab-bar background" option is off,
however that option should affect fulscreen mode only.
What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.8.6
What version of Firefox?
