System borders -7px doesn't work properly #249

What is the expected output? Small almost non existing border line. 

What do you see instead? 1 mm border line

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using? Latest. When 
I reversed to version 2.7.3 it works perfect.  

What version of Firefox? FF v28

On what operating system? Windows 7x64
