Close/Maximize/Minimize buttons show up in full screen (ie. F11) mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press F11
2. Make sure the toolbars are set to hide in full screen

What is the expected output?
The three buttons in the top right should hide with the toolbars

What do you see instead?
The toolbar hides, but the buttons remain where they are, overlaying on top of 
the page content

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.8.2

What version of Firefox?
29.0

On what operating system?
Kubuntu 14.04

This also affects HTML5 videos in fullscreen on sites like Youtube.

This problem has been solved with version 2.8.6.

Yes, It has been solved in 286rc & 286. 
There's also a configuration checkbox in options-dialog if previous behavior is 
desired.
