App Menu dropping down diagonally from custom 'Home' button (instead of vertically)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install HCTP 2.8.6 on Pale Moon for Linux version 24.5.0 (x64)
2. Disable default main-menu button
3. Enable custom 'Home' button

What is the expected output?
* App Menu dropping down vertically from custom 'Home' button, left side of 
menu aligned with left side of button
What do you see instead?
* App Menu dropping down diagonally from custom 'Home' button, left side of 
menu aligned with right side of button (see screenshot)

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
* HCTP 2.8.6
What version of Firefox?
* Pale Moon for Linux version 24.5.0 (x64)

Oops, I just realised: my issue is actually a duplicate for issue #246. Well, 
obviously, I 'second' issue #246, concerning alignment of the App Menu.
