What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using the setting: Using a Glass-like window background (Recommended).
Problem cured by using the setting: 'No (Fx. default).' Unfortunately this
setting apart from spoiling the appearance, also hides the minimize, restore,
and delete buttons.

What do you see instead?
What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using? - 2.8.6
What version of Firefox? - 33
On what operating system? - Win 7 ultimate
