Breaks "Classic Theme Restorer" add-ons appbutton on titlebar

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install CTR on a Windows system 
(https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/classicthemerestorer/)
2. Install HCTP
3. restart Firefox

What is the expected output?
HCTP should respect CTRs appbutton on titlebar or at least allow the users to 
chose which titlebar application button they want to use.

What do you see instead?
Only HCTPs appbutton which provides entirely different content.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.8.6

What version of Firefox?
33-36

On what operating system?
Windows 7

Unselecting HCTPs appbutton on titlebar should allow users to use CTRs 
appbutton on titlebar.

Hi!

This will need some internal reorganization in HCTP (bc it completely disables 
Firefox's tilebar, including the CTR button inside).  
I'm planning to do that already, I'll let you know when It is ready, and of 
course in the official release notes.
