[menu bar was active] - Results in blank (unhidden) titlebar in firefox 34.0.0 #262

What steps will reproduce the problem?
See attached pictures for details on how the addon is configured.

What is the expected output?
Titlebar is hidden, not simply blank.

What do you see instead?
Black titlebar (No text), but takes the same amount of space as normal title 
bar.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.8.6

What version of Firefox?
34.0

On what operating system?
Win 7 64bit, Professional

The update to FF34 seems to have enabled my menu bar, which seems to have been 
the cause of this issue. Sorry for blaming the addon.
Disabling the menu bar worked for me.
