Broken "Drag Fx using Tab-bar background" options setting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Maximize FF window and perform a left mousebutton drag on the tabbar 
background

What is the expected output?
I expect nothing to happen as I've disabled the "Drag Fx using Tab-bar 
background" option

What do you see instead?
Instead, the maximized FF window becomes de-maximized / restored and the window 
is dragged around. This happens regardless of the status of the "Drag Fx using 
Tab-bar background" options setting. It's very annoying as it happens 
accidentally very frequently.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.8.6

What version of Firefox?
FF 34.05

On what operating system?
Win 7 32

BTW, it is definitely an issue within the extension as it does not happen with 
the extension disabled. Thanks!
