[confirm default pref.] Versions 2.8.8 & 2.8.8rc hide the Firefox menù button #269

Hello! I'm now downgraded to v2.8.7rc and all runs OK.

The latest ones v2.8.8rc & v2.8.8 hide the menu button(right-up corner) on 
Firefox 34.

Please, help!

Hi!
Ive tried this (in a new Fx profile) and had no problem, the button is there.

Version 2.8.8 added a new checkbox ("Show Fx Main Menu/Panel But.") to 
*optionally* hide the menu-button. Please confirm that it is checked (default 
setting).

I have the new version 2.9.1rc1 and there's the same problem. The minimize, max 
and close buttons also dissapeared.

I'd need screenshot of that, along with screenshots of all your options (in the 
dialog).
There are options to completely hide mmc buttons as well.
