[TMPlus. Option needs restart] - Alternate lines of tabs and blank lines (no tabs)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use latest version with FF 34 and Tab Mix Plus
2.
3.

What is the expected output? Normal multi tab 

What do you see instead? Line of tabs, than blank line, then line of tabs.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using? 2.8.8

What version of Firefox? 34

On what operating system? win7 sp1

Playing with the settings, this is a result of selecting smaller tabs on the 
advanced settings page. The tab is made samller (reduced height) but the saved 
space is just left there grayed out. Try switching it on and off to se what I 
mean.

Hi!
The "Smaller Tabs" option needs a Firefox restart for TMP to sync for new 
tabs-height (It says so in the tooltip) :-)

I'm using also TabMixPlus with multirow with no prob at all.
Please let me know if there still issues after restarting.
