Incompatibility with Tab Mix Plus multi-row option

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install both FHCTP and Tab Mix Plus
2. Enable multi-row tabs in TMP
3. Enable smaller tab row in FHCTP

What is the expected output?
* Tab bar itself will collapse to fit smaller tabs

What do you see instead?
* Tab bar stays the same size 

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
* 2.8.8

What version of Firefox?
* 34.0
