[Should be FIXED in ver 295] - Window un-maximized after installation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed Hide Caption Titlebar Plus while the browser window was maximized.

What is the expected output?
That the window will continue to be maximized.

What do you see instead?
It is un-maxmized, but big enough to believe that it is maximized. This affect 
performance, its much harder navigate in the Menu with the mouse pointer.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.9.4

What version of Firefox?
Firefox ESR 31.6.0

On what operating system?
GNU/Linux
