[FIX in ver 295] [Issue with TabMixPlus addon] - upgrade firefox from 37 to 38. close button doesn't work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just upgrade firefox from 37 to 38. close button doesn't work.

What is the expected output?

When clicking on the upper right close button, the firefox should be closed.

What do you see instead?
When clicking the close button, nothing happens. firefox couldn't be closed.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.9.4 

What version of Firefox?
38.0

On what operating system?
Win7

I also have this issue on Ubuntu 15.04, however I find the issue is not present 
on Windows 8.

I have the exact same version and the same version of Firefox. I have the exact 
same issue. Could have been me writing that bug report!

Checked more and it doesn't work for me on windows 7 (as above) and also 
windows 10

Hi All!

This is a bug that is appearing here when I use TAB MIX PLUS addon, that 
apparently has a problem with Fx38 (details below).  
With or Without HCTP there is also a problem: if you use ALT+F4, the window is 
closed without asking to confirm that "XX tabs are about to be closed..."

I'll try to release a workaround fix in HCTP for the time being.

Could you confirm if your issue appears only with TabMixPlus enabled? Or if 
there's any other case?

Also, this issue appears only when the option 
    [Define Action for Close button] is setted at "Close Fx window (default)"

For me, there is only an issue when Tab Mix Plus in enabled.

I have the same issues on win 8.1

If I uncheck "use firefox's session restore feature" in the session tab of tab 
mix plus the close button works.

New Fix/Workaround for this issue in new HCTP version 295 & 295rc!
