[SmallTabs pref.] 2.9.5. conflicts with Tree Style Tab

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Tree Style Tab and Hide Caption Titlebar Plus v2.9.5
2. Use "Metal" or "Sidebar" theme in Tree Style Tab

What is the expected output?

Tree Style Tab shows a tree of tabs with Hide Caption Titlebar Plus enabled.

What do you see instead?

Tree Style Tab shows only one tab with Hide Caption Titlebar Plus enabled.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?

2.9.5.

What version of Firefox?

38.0.1

On what operating system?

Linux

Observing this exact behavior with Tab Utilities Fixed's vertical tab bar. For 
now I've disabled updates on Hide Caption Titlebar Plus to avoid destroying my 
vertical tab bar.

Hi
Please try setting "Smaller Tabs & Tab bar " at *"No (default)"*. That should 
fix your issue. 
Besides that, I'll do another release that should work like previous version.
