[SmallTabs pref.] HCTP 2.9.5 Conflicts with Tab Utilities Multirow Tabs #281

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enabling HCTP 2.9.5 with Tab Utilities 1.5.28.1.1-signed, 1.6pre21, Tab 
Utilities Fixed 1.5.2015.04.05
2.Disabling HCTP or rolling back to 2.9.4.1 solves the issue.
3.

What is the expected output?
Multirow Tabs. Two in my case.

What do you see instead?
Only top row of two tabs is displayed.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
Rolled back to Version 2.9.4.1-signed so it works.

What version of Firefox?
32.0.3

On what operating system?
Windows 7

Same problem on Vista, FFX 33.0

Hi
Please try setting pref.: "Smaller Tabs & Tab bar " at *"No (default)"*. That 
should fix your issue. 
Besides that, I'll do another release that should work like previous version.

That was working for Vista - FFX 33.0 
I'll check W7 and 32.0.3 tomorrow.

2.9.6 working with the option "Smaller Tabs & Tab bar" set at "Smaller, almost 
Classic Tabs" Windows 7 FFX 32.0.3. I will update Vista - FFX 33.0 later. I 
expect it will be fine there too.
