Top border disappears #282

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I dont know how & when this happens, as it is really random. I am not sure what
is triggering this.

What is the expected output?
The top border & micro-close buttons should be usable all the time.

What do you see instead?
With continued usage of FF window, the top border suddenly moves few pixels
upwards, as though the window got cropped. This happens both in full screen &
normal views. See the attached pics. Whenever this happens, the addon stops
functioning and the micro-close buttons disappear as well.
If I restart the browser, it comes back to normal view.
As you may see in the images, the blue border appears in three of the sides but
not on the top. As such, these borders shouldnt appear at all, as I have set it
to be borderless in settings.

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using?
2.9.6

What version of Firefox?
38.0.5 (but this issue was there even before two or three FF upgrades)

On what operating system?
Windows 8.1
