Hi guangjing!

I had looked at your copy (& tested it) and I like the idea very much!

One important thing for me to advance to a full localized and published addon 
would be: 

1) Do you have an automated process to extract the texts and convert to 
entities for XUL files?  If so: 
  1a) I'd like to have the [en-us] xul files that way first! (and also the [zh-CN] ones of course)
  1b) Also, I'd like to have better names for entities instead of "optlook1.note*" and such generic names.
Please let me know if that's possible and I'll put here a good UPDATED copy of 
HCTP!

And after this, I'm planning to upload my addon to BABELZILLA to facilitate all 
translators work. What do you think? Do you know the site already?
