[MAC-OSX] - crashes FF when attempting to remove from extensions

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Macbook Pro OSX Yosemite 10.10.4 / Firefox 39.0
2. Go to Add Ons > Extensions
3. Click on either Disable or Remove

What is the expected output? Either disable or removal of extension

What do you see instead? FF crash report

What version of "Hide Caption Titlebar Plus" addon are you using? 2.9.6

What version of Firefox? 39.0

On what operating system? Macbook Pro OSX Yosemite 10.10.4

chrome://hidecaptionplus/content/system_info.html  (can be copy/pasted as
text also)
