greatagent中的Firefox protable一打开就崩溃

导致出现该问题的步骤？
之前安装过Adobe 
Acrobat，在启动Greatagent的时候提示添加Adobe插件，就添加了一�
��，但是添加过程中电脑突然死机了。重启后就出现了错误。
只要Firefox一启动，就会出现一个错误报告。之前出现什么问�
��直接把Greatagent文件夹删除，再下载就行了。但用这个方法��
�不能解决这个问题。

系统Win7 64位。

把acrobat卸载重新安装试试

还是不行，把Acrobat删除还是不行。不是便携版的吗，把文件�
��删除就什么也没了，怎么还是出问题呢。

你这个是系统文件损坏导致的，只不过firefox依赖于这个文件�
��已，所以出错，你可以试试其他浏览器版本，或重装系统
