This was a bug in version 0.30, but it should be fixed in all versions since
0.31
I can't reproduce the problem with 0.34 - it seems to work correctly for me.
Can you try deleting the rule and recreating it? You can do that with the
following steps:
1) Start>Run
2) Enter %APPDATA% (with the percent signs) and click ok
3) Navigate to Mozilla > Firefox > Profiles > (Your profile directory) >
HTTPSEverywhereUserRules
4) Delete youtube.xml
5) Open Firefox and remake the rule with HTTPS Finder.
This should fix is, but let me know if you still have problem with it.

That's right, an error has been fixed. Sorry for the lost time.
Strange that such a rule blocking the use of damaged (because even though it
formed another) new one. Or messed things up, because Firefox sometimes does
not display the window, but the process is running, and erroneously restarted,
but I do not think so.
Offtopic:
Saved rule works only after restarting ... Do not be ... But this is not
necessarily dependent on the HTTPS-Finder
It is proposed to add-on reported damaged version of the old rules.
It is proposed to add-on a comment added to the rules of the version in which
it was established and founded in the Appendix. For example, "<!-- HTTPS-Finder
3.xxc -->".
Useful would be a small link to the directory with the rules.
Thank you for a very useful add-on.

Thank you for the suggestions.
HTTPS Everywhere requires a restart to import rules. There is no way to avoid
this at the current time.
I added the "<!-- HTTPS Finder 0.xx -->" comment to rules as you suggested. It
will be in the next version (Good idea!)
I will try to see if the other ideas are possible. Thank you
