"Preview rule" popup before saving (Allows editing) #16

It would be good to have an option so that when the user saves a rule, HTTPS 
Finder will pop up a small window showing the auto-generated rule.  

The window can have a multiline text area, an OK, and Cancel button. The user 
can then edit the rule however he/she wants before saving it.
