Auto-forward and Back button (Fixed, will close at next release) #19

If we auto-forward to https, the back button must be pressed twice to get back 
to the previous page.  

If back is pressed once, it goes back to http, redetects, and forwards again to 
https.  

Need to simply press back once from https, skip through http, back to the 
previous page. 

There are a few ways this could be done.. Will start on this after 0.50 release

This has been fixed in version 0.52. Will close once the fix is released in a 
public version.

Fixed and released in 0.65dev build. Will submit to Mozilla this week after a 
little more testing.
