Whitelisting is not working after reopening Firefox #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://www.google.com/ and click "Add to Whitelist". www.google.com
is confirmed to appear in the domain whitelist in HTTPS-finder option. (I tried
google.com but the result is the same)
2. Close Firefox and reopen it.
3. Go to http://www.google.com/ again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it would stay in the non-HTTPS site of google. However HTTPS-finder
redirects me to https://encrypted.google.com/ and prompts me to whitelist or
save rule again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTTPS-finder 0.68. I'm using Win7 SP1 64bit.
The issue is reproducible on Firefox 4.0.1 and Nightly, both using new profiles
and all default settings.

Please provide any additional information below.
Not all hostnames are 100% affected by this issue. For example, I can go to
http://www.microsoft.com around 1 out of 5 times if I have www.microsoft.com in
the whitelist. However Google is one of the examples I cannot use non-HTTPS all
the time.
I have HTTPS-Everywhere 0.99.development.5 in my daily-use profile with Google
Search disabled. I can still reproduce this same issue.

Confirmed bug. Fix has been made, but I'm re-testing everything... This bug was
introduced after fixing issue 24 (which was actually a Firefox bug).

A temporary workaround for this (on 0.68) is to click Tools > Preferences >
Clear temporary whitelist.

This will reset and re-import the whitelist manually. All whitelist rules
should be enforced normally after this.

Everything works as expected even if I did not clear the whitelist like you
recommended in comment#2.
Thanks.
