Icon for add-on bar #29

An add-on bar icon would be an easier way to convey current status to the user.

It would use the HTTPS Finder icon with a few small changes to show current 
status: whitelisted, bad HTTPS, and good HTTPS.

Clicking this icon would give a few options:
 - Create rule for this domain
 - Add to permanent whitelist
 - Add to temporary whitelist
 - Go back to HTTP

This would be more convenient (and subtle) than the drop down notifications, 
and would give the user visual feedback as to when HTTPS Finder is detecting, 
and what the detection results are.
