I found an error, in the first file the line:

Should be:

I also have a suggestión, if I add a new rule from the alert bar, I get 
another alert bar to ask whether I want to restart to apply the changes, but 
this last alert bar is quite annoying, I suggest you to add 2 different buttons 
in the bar asking to add the rule, one to save the rule, and another one to 
save with restart.
