I looked into this before, but IIRC NoScript uses a Sqlite database to store
the 'rules'. I don't believe it's good practice for one extension to directly
modify the database of another, whereas for HTTPS Everywhere we can just write
rules and let HTTPS Everywhere import them.
However, I just posted this in the development log last night: "Working on
fairly major rework of the Advanced tab. Adding ability to see session results
and create rules there. It will be possible to not have any alerts/forwarding,
and just check HTTPS Finder every 'once in a while' and create rules for any
good HTTPS sites." See the preview here: http://i.imgur.com/ePf7c.jpg
Once this is done, you can choose not to be 'hassled' about HTTPS Everywhere,
but still let HTTPS Finder find the possible sites you may want to add to
NoScript. I will make it work with NoScript as easily as possible, but you may
still have to copy URLs one-by-one.
I'm going to close this issue for now, but I'm working on making it more useful
for NoScript-only users. Thanks

Any update on this? It would be so incredibly useful to have these two
extensions working together seamlessly.
